Big News!!

No...we're not pregnant! ;)

Michael got PROMOTED!! Needless to say, he has a VERY VERY proud wife!

For those of you who don't know, Michael is an investment banker. In these trying financial times and especially in his industry, many of his colleagues don't feel job security or are getting laid off. We are just so in awe of the Lord's provision and thankful for this blessing!

Go Michael!! You deserve it! You are incredibly hard working and wonderful!! What a great provider for our family! LOVE YOU!

Trip to Israel

Kent and Nicki are in Israel! They headed that way last Friday and are getting back on March 18th!

Kent is my brother, and Nicki is his precious wife of almost 3 years now.

They are so adventurous and quite the world travelers! I am in awe of them and some of the places they have been! Of course, I would probably be too scared to take a trip to Israel right now, so to be honest, I've done lots of worrying about them while they are gone. So if you think of it, please lift them up.

Nicki will be graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary in May and had the awesome opportunity to go on the official DTS trip to Israel so she and Kent jumped at the chance.

I can't wait for them to get back and hear all about it!
